Hard Summer – Soft Landing
On a scorching weekend at the end of July, the NOS Event Center in San Bernadino, California we witnessed Insomniac Events do it again. Hard Summer Festival’s line-up was packed with talent across different genres and intensities. Every single event Insomniac produces they make the right call, with the right combination of line-up, with the right ambiance, in the right setting.
Honorarium
The LGBTQ Center of Southern Nevada will have its 2022 Honorarium at Resorts World Las Vegas on October 14, 2022, starting at 5:30 pm.
Babes and Blues – Burlesque with a Twist
When Babes and Blues was originally created by Isabelle Marie, a distinguished burlesque performer herself; she had the notion of combining neo-classic improvised burlesque with a live saxophone and heavy jazz band.

As we slip into October following the Autumn Equinox (September 22nd), we can take what we learned about ourselves in September and integrate that into more social and interpersonal dynamics. September 23rd initiates Libra season, which activates the socialite within.
Take a Little Trip with DRAMA
DRAMA is the multicultural collaboration between producer Na’el Shehade’s chic Chicago house-infused production style, and vocalist Via Rosa whose soulful delivery is inspired by the improvisational nature of jazz and playful patterns of hip-hop and bossa nova. The duo play to the complementary dynamics of their unlikely pairing by blurring the lines between R&B and dance-pop, heartbreak and bliss.
Laganja Estranja
We caught Laganja Estranja for a brief interview before she left on her upcoming tour. She will be closing out the season in Dewey beach, Delaware, Hawaii, where she has been performing 2 to 3 times a year since 2014. Then Canada and closing the tour in New York. She grew up in Dallas, TX with very supportive parents.
Individual vs. Employer Life Insurance Comparison
Almost 70 percent of employees have access to life insurance through work, and 80 percent of those employees take advantage of this benefit, according to LIMRA, an insurance industry research organization based in Windsor, Connecticut. Half of U.S. workers have the option to purchase supplemental life insurance policies through their employer, and about 50 percent of this group buy it.1
Carnaval des Couleurs Montreal
After a 2021 edition held at Place Émilie-Gamelin, the Carnaval des Couleurs of Montreal, 2022 edition, is breaking out of its usual model and is having a blast by settling for the first time in the Quartier des spectacles, from October 7 to 9, on a major outdoor stage at the new Esplanade Tranquille in downtown Montreal.
