Elements Music and Arts Festival takes the elements: fire, water, air, and earth and transforms them into stages where attendees can see the talents of artists like: Rezz, Liquid Stranger, Sofi Tukker, Fisher, J. Worra, Seth Troxler, Bandikook, Duke Dumont, Big Gigantic, and Zeds Dead, just to name a few.
Fortunately, we are learning more every day about the monkeypox virus (MPX) and how the virus behaves outside of Central and West Africa. To understand how we got to the place we are today, it’s important to outline the chronology of events leading up to the MPX global health threat.

In the heart of West Hollywood, Weho Pride did something a little different this year and threw an entire offshoot music festival filled to the absolute brim with heavy hitters, called OUTLOUD Raising Voices Music Festival - a three-day festival comparable to the bigger festivals throughout the country, with a queer twist.
Sometimes I miss that mid-1990’s feeling of being a young, naïve queer with an entire summer break of possibilities ahead of me. Well, okay, my summer breaks were just as horrendous as the rest of the year, but you get the point. Freedom; play; adventure; childlike wonder; carefree heart…the gifts of being a kid.
