Stubborn Seed Grand Opening

We were excited to spend an evening at the new Stubborn Seed Restaurant in The District at Resorts World, offering modern American cuisine. This is one of the latest additions to the resort and is well worth the time to enjoy a relaxed evening in a great establishment. We were greeted at the door by Vegas Showgirls, who offered a glass of Moet & Chandon Champagne, and General Manager Josh Moore. Everything from there was uphill. In addition to the champagne, both Louis Latour red and white wines were offered along with a variety of mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Several food stations offered great finger foods, from oysters on the half shell to caviar. The staff prepared everything at the tasting stations as we enjoyed the delicious food delicacies.

They also offered the guests different passed hors d’oeuvres, ending with a scrumptious dessert table with many offerings. The facility is beautiful, with indoor and outdoor seating, a nice bar to enjoy a cocktail of your choice, and a fully stocked wine cellar containing your favorite wine. At the helm of Stubborn Seed is the 2022 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and Top Chef Season 13 Winner, Jeremy Ford, a chef known for pushing boundaries and defying expectations. If you want a great evening out in a nice upscale restaurant in one of the newest casinos in Las Vegas, we recommend giving the Stubborn Seed in The District at Resorts World a try.
