My name is Angelo Gomez. I am 26 years old. For the past four years, I have been honored to serve the city I grew up in, Henderson, Nevada. As a member of the LGBTQ+ Community, I appreciate Las Vegas PRIDE Magazine for giving me the opportunity to express my experience as a police officer and the role diversity can play in public service.
The 2nd Annual Henderson Pride Festival will take place May 20-22 at Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson, NV. The celebration will see the return of its signature event series to celebrate cultural diversity, promote self-awareness, family values health and wellness in all forms.
Atomic City Football Club was created in Las Vegas by a group of inspired, passionate soccer coaches and leaders to provide a platform and avenue for the top female footballers to excel in the women’s game.
The Inaugural Henderson Pride Festival is scheduled for Friday, June 4th through Sunday June 6th, 2021 at the Lake Las Vegas Hilton Resort & Spa, Henderson Nevada.
