As Nevada’s statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, Silver State Equality brings the voices of LGBTQ+ people and allies to institutions of power in Nevada and across the United States, striving to create a world that is healthy, just, and fully equal for all LGBTQ+ people. Our Annual Equality Awards are an opportunity to honor inspirational leaders and outstanding allied organizations while renewing our collective commitment in the fight for equality. This festive event is attended by influential leaders of the LGBTQ+ movement; federal, state, and local officials; business and labor leaders; celebrities; and members of the medical and legal communities, among other notables.
