HRC is launching a nationwide effort to engage LGBTQ+ people and allies to reignite the grassroots fight for equality. At the heart of this campaign is a renewed focus on one of the most powerful tools we have for changing hearts, minds, and policies: our personal stories.

Since the earliest days of the LGBTQ+ movement, personal storytelling has been one of our most powerful tools for change. When people hear directly from LGBTQ+ people — their friends, neighbors, family members — they see us for who we are. Our stories influence how others vote, speak up, and show up when our rights, safety, and dignity are on the line.

• What: Elevate PRIDE Pool Party
• When: Saturdays from Noon – 6 pm starting May 31, 2025
• Where: Alexandria Pool at SAHARA Las Vegas
• Why: To support the LGBTQIA+ community. Half of ticket proceeds donated to PRIDE!
• Plus: Free valet + self-parking
Cabana rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Las Vegas PRIDE organization is a global 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating a world where everyone can live authentically and be proud of who they are. Our mission is to end discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQIA+) people and their families by educating the public about issues we face in our communities, developing and advocating for LGBTQIA+-supportive policies, and creating safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ people to connect.

With the Elevate PRIDE Pool Party at SAHARA Las Vegas, we are excited to bring the LGBTQIA+ community together to foster a sense of acceptance and belonging. We are proud to have created a safe space where everyone can feel respected for who they are. We strive to make sure that everyone can celebrate with joy and PRIDE!
