As International Women’s Day approaches, the celebration of inclusivity and self-care takes center stage with the return of Know Other Festival. Taking place from May 8-11, 2025, in the picturesque Jacumba Hot Springs, California, this unique festival reaffirms its commitment to fostering a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ women, trans, non-binary, and gender-fluid individuals.
As winter melts into spring, the cosmos stirs up a season of awakening, transformation, and radical self-expression. Whether you’re planting the seeds of new beginnings or basking in the glow of personal revelations, these months encourage you to embrace your queer magic fully.

Singer-songwriter, pianist, and producer Mike Maimone is set to release his latest single, “On My Way,” on March 7. This heartfelt track is the first glimpse into his forthcoming LP, Guess What? I Love You, is a deeply personal project dedicated to his late husband, renowned PR guru Howard Bragman.
Red Dress 2025, set for Saturday, March 22, 2025, is not just another event on the Las Vegas calendar. It is the heart and soul of a community that has been thriving, evolving, and coming together for two decades, and it’s all for a cause that remains at the forefront of their work: fighting HIV/AIDS and ensuring that those who need help have access to the life-saving care they deserve.
Early into adulthood, I realized a few things about independent living. Due to my physical disability, I knew I didn’t want to live alone. I need help occasionally, like opening a jar. In an emergency, I’d need someone to call for help if I couldn’t do it myself.
