

Trans Day of Remembrance Guided Hike

Join an Interpretive Naturalis on a moderate hike, 3mi(4.8km). Learn about Trans history and resistance while connecting to our roots in nature. This will be a hike focused on mindfulness and connection. NOTICE: Time has been changed to 3:00pm -5:00pm. This hike does require advanced registration through the Red Rock event calendar. Interpretive programs at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area are a free public service. Advance registration at (redrockcanyonlvprograms.timetap.com) is required to attend this program. If you plan to visit the Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive or Visitor Center, please make a timed entry reservation at www.recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777.
When visiting Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, it is important to dress accordingly for the weather. It is recommended to wear sunscreen, appropriate footwear, bring a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water.
