Meet DW Bistro, One of Las Vegas’ Hidden Gems

Dalton Wilson (aka DW) and Bryce Krausman have been best friends for 16+ years and proprietors of DW Bistro, now in it’s 5th year in Southwest Las Vegas. This pair had been serving up brunch even before DW Bistro came to life. From their beginnings as chefs at home, serving up delicious bites and having a good laugh, this joy of entertaining permeates into the walls of DW on a daily basis.

DW Bistro is easily one of best gems off the Strip and has been pumping out Jamaican & New Mexican fare, paying homage to Dalton Wilson’s upbringing and culinary training. Bryce Krausman has been manning the door and is the keeper of the Sunday brunch waiting list. Some Sunday’s the list can be rather long, and it’s worth waiting for the ever popular All-Day Mimosa and the Jerk Fried Chicken & Waffles among it’s offerings. And, the pastries are to die for…when one is eating carbs.

The restaurant dishes up busy lunches and intimate dinners as well, and every few months features a themed brunch ranging from Superheroes to 80’s to Alice in Wonderland. It will pair well with the Las Vegas PRIDE Pajama Brunch event, this year too. Dalton and Bryce are proud of their community and happy to host this event for all clients to share in this annual PRIDE Celebration.

Look for their upcoming debut cookbook entitled “Two Brothers: A Culinary Journey of Food & Friendship” due out this Fall and the long awaited opening of their DW Kitchen + Market located in The Gramercy off Russell & the I-215. DW Kitchen + Market will feature a wine bar, full service bakery, floral design and cooking class demonstration kitchen as well as home to specialty retail products the duo plans to sell. DW Kitchen + Market will be opening in late October.
