La Bella Shinobi Wayves – Miss Las Vegas Latin PRIDE 2026: A Vision of Unity, Visibility, and Community Power
By Las Vegas PRIDE Magazine Staff
A new voice is stepping forward with a mission rooted not in individual recognition, but in collective empowerment. The newly crowned Miss Las Vegas Latin PRIDE 2026 is already defining her reign with a clear, purposeful vision: to strengthen bonds between the LatinX and LGBTQIA+ communities across Southern Nevada.
Her platform is not built on abstract ideals, but on actionable goals centered on unity, representation, and visibility.
Building Bridges Across Communities
At the heart of her mission lies a powerful belief: that the LatinX community in Las Vegas is strongest when it stands together. Rather than working in silos, she is advocating for collaboration among the many organizations that serve the diverse LGBTQIA+ population throughout the valley.

“I believe I can make a meaningful impact in the LatinX community by working to unite the various organizations that exist within it,” she shares. “My goal is to foster collaboration among these groups, so we can support one another and build a stronger, more cohesive Las Vegas LGBTQIA+ community than ever before.”
It’s a vision that speaks to both inclusion and sustainability, recognizing that long-term impact requires shared effort and mutual support.
Showing Up, Standing Proud
Visibility is more than symbolic; it’s essential. For Miss Las Vegas Latin PRIDE 2026, being present in the community means more than attending marquee events. It means showing up consistently, supporting grassroots initiatives, and amplifying others’ work.
“One of my top priorities is to collaborate with all the different organizations here in Las Vegas,” she explains. “I want to be active and visible in the community, not just during Pride events, but also by representing and supporting all the other wonderful organizations throughout the city.”
This commitment to year-round engagement reflects a broader understanding of what leadership looks like in today’s LGBTQIA+ landscape: accessible, collaborative, and deeply rooted in service.

Confronting the Representation Gap
Despite the vibrancy of Las Vegas’ LatinX population, representation within the LGBTQIA+ community remains an ongoing challenge. Miss Las Vegas Latin PRIDE 2026 is determined to address this head-on.
“A major issue affecting our community is the lack of representation for the LatinX population,” she says. “I am committed to bringing people together, encouraging greater involvement, and helping everyone feel included and valued.”
Her approach is both inclusive and empowering, focused on creating spaces where LatinX voices are not only heard but celebrated.
A Unified Future
Her vision for the year ahead is clear: unity across organizations, cultures, and identities. By encouraging collaboration and mutual support, she hopes to help build a more connected and welcoming LGBTQIA+ community in Las Vegas.
“By supporting one another’s organizations, we can build a community where everyone feels respected and connected,” she affirms.
It’s a message that resonates deeply in a city as diverse as Las Vegas, where the community’s strength lies in its ability to embrace and uplift every identity.
A Legacy of Service
When her reign comes to an end, Miss Las Vegas Latin PRIDE 2026 hopes her impact will be measured not just in appearances and accolades but in the relationships she helped build and the communities she strengthened.
“I hope to be remembered as someone who worked tirelessly for her community, a person who brought everyone together and was always seen supporting other communities and organizations throughout Las Vegas.”
In a world that often celebrates individual spotlight, her legacy aims to shine a light on everyone.
