Prepare for a night of mystery, macabre, and unbridled splendor as the Sin Sity Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence proudly present their 16th annual Red Dress charity event. Set to take place on Saturday, February 24, at the glamorous The Usual Place, this year’s theme, “Gala of GOREgeous,” promises an evening filled with excitement, all in support of the Sisters’ AIDS Drug Assistance Program (SADAP).

As the Sin Sity Sisters continue their tireless advocacy for HIV/AIDS awareness, the Red Dress charity event has become a staple on the social calendar. The Usual Place will come alive with beats spun by DJ Axis and stellar performances by celebrity drag queens, including former contestants from “The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula” on AMC+, the sensational Onyx Ondyx and the dazzling Dahli. VIP guests can even indulge in an exclusive meet-and-greet with these drag luminaries.

Attendees are encouraged to don their most “goriest” red dresses, with the definition of red dress extending to skirts, kilts, gowns, kimonos, saris, togas, or dashikis. The highlight of the night is the Red Dress Ensemble contest, a regal extravaganza with various categories allowing participants to showcase their creativity and individuality.

The Sin Sity Sisters will also use this glamorous affair to honor community individuals, inducting them into Sainthood for their unwavering support of the order through talent, sponsorship, and generosity.

Adding an extra layer of excitement, the event’s silent auction promises a treasure trove of enticing items, including travel excursions, specialty clothing, show tickets, and unique artwork. It’s a night of opulence and altruism, all in the name of a worthy cause.

This extraordinary gala stands as one of the two signature events held annually by the Sin Sity Sisters to champion their mission of promoting HIV/AIDS awareness and providing assistance to those impacted by the virus. The other notable annual fundraising event is the Project Nunway fashion show, held each October.

Over the years, the Sin Sity Sisters have raised a staggering $1 million to support Southern Nevadans in need through their SADAP program. SADAP offers assistance to individuals in the community, irrespective of race, age, or gender, ensuring life-saving medications reach those in need. Created to provide aid to anyone 200% above the federal poverty level, SADAP facilitates the acquisition of HIV/AIDS medication, health insurance, as well as assistance with Prep and PEP. Clients typically receive the help they need within 24 to 48 hours of contacting the Sisters. Additionally, the Sisters actively raise funds for LGBTQ+ organizations throughout the year.
